Why is there cover charge on my bill?

To help offset the rising costs of operating a high-quality restaurant, we apply a £1 cover charge per guest to all bills. This contribution supports our ability to maintain exceptional service, source sustainable ingredients, and invest in our team. The cover charge is clearly stated on our menus, website, booking terms, and receipts.
