Cancellation Policy

Bookings are taken for lunch, Saturday brunch, dinner and afternoon tea. We'll ask for credit or debit card details to secure your reservation. Should your plans change, you can call us to cancel any time up to 24 hours before your booking.

In the event that a booking is not honoured or is cancelled with fewer than 24 hours of notice, there will be a £25 per person cancellation fee.

Afternoon Tea bookings: All bookings require card details in order to confirm your reservation and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice period for any cancellations.

For no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours there will be a £25 per person cancellation fee.

For parties over 8 guests, we require a set menu choice and a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Should your plans change, you can call us to cancel any time up to 72 hours before your booking. Cancellations after this will be charged the deposit.
