Meet Tomas, our charming and adventurous hospitality OPS manager from Slovakia, with a passion for serving others in the hospitality industry since the age 16. He loves nature, exploring forests, engaging with customers, and leading teams to success with his infectious enthusiasm and exceptional leadership skills. 

Meet Alex, our Head Chef from Italy. His love for ingredients started while saving up for a motorcycle by working in a local butcher. After working his way up to restaurant manager and studying engineering, he moved to England in 1997 to attend catering college and pursue his passion for food. Now at Ochre, he is excited to create in a unique venue.

Meet Andrea who was born in Italy and from a very young age discovered a passion for hospitality while working for a local hotel in the Como area. In his early twenties he decided to move to London and pursue a career working in hotels and restaurants. He is excited to be the Ochre General Manager and create lasting memories for guests, while showcasing the best seasonal produce from the UK.

I enjoy planning events because it allows me to bring people together and create memorable experiences that foster connection and joy. The process of coordinating details and seeing everything come together successfully gives me a sense of accomplishment and fulfilment.
